All events organized by Grotta di Babbo Natale are for the whole family, including adults. We always plan activities that entertain children but also appeal to adults, because it should be a party for everyone. This event in particular can be experienced at any age. For adults, the motorboat ride is a pleasant trip on Lake Orta, while the show is enjoyable for everyone. In addition to the exciting motorboat ride, boys and girls will find activities at the Dragologie Academy suitable for all ages up to 10-13 years. The youngest (from 3 years) can be supported in the experiments by an adult.

before going to the motorboat embarkation point, it is mandatory to go to the Booking Ticket Office at the Omegna Forum where passes will be handed out and all the instructions given. The motorboat embarkation point is about a 20 minute walk (accessible to strollers) from the Forum, so if you have the motorboat tour at the beginning of the day, it is necessary to arrive in Omegna about 30 minutes before the time of the motorboat tour.

It doesn't matter, all the areas are close, from the Dragonology Academy to the boarding point there are only 20 minutes of pleasant walk in the center of Omegna and the lakeside. You can freely enter and exit the activity area by wearing the special bracelet-pass that will be given to you at the ticket office. For example, you can do some activities at the Academy, then take the motorboat tour and then return to the Academy. Or take the motorboat tour immediately upon arrival (always stop by the ticket office at the Forum first, at least 30 minutes before boarding time) and then do the other activities, or on the contrary do the activities first and then end the day with the motorboat tour. In case of moderate bad weather, the Lago dei Draghi will take place regularly, the areas for the activities are covered, the motorboats (35 seats) are equipped with a cover. However, we recommend suitable clothing for the city stretch connecting the Academy and the embarkation point (about 20 minutes) which must be covered on foot. The organization can cancel or postpone the date in case of particularly adverse weather conditions, with 48 hours' notice sent to those booked via SMS and email.

All Santa's Grotto events are characterized by great flexibility and no one loses what they paid at the time of booking. With the flexible date option you can change the date or change the event if there are no other dates or if the available dates are not to your liking, choosing from about 50 event days. The option is valid for 365 days. If you wish, you can also add insurance to the ticket.

The Forum area (Dragonology Academy) is accessible to everyone - the motorboat ride is unfortunately not accessible to wheelchair users, strollers can be brought CLOSED on board the motorboats. Dogs are allowed, obviously supervised by their human friends.
