The card is valid from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026

The card works like a rechargeable card: you can buy a credit of 60.00 euros (you pay only 55 euros, we give you 5 euros for free) or 100 euros (you pay only 85 euros, we give you 15 euros for free), to book any of our events for yourself, your family or as a gift.

Why is the card convenient?

In addition to our gift of 5 or 15 euros, with the card you can book, move the date or cancel your participation in case of unforeseen events, up to 96 hours in advance. You always get both the flexible date and the additional guarantees of reimbursement in case of illness or unforeseen events (you save 2.50 euros per ticket). If you cannot come, your card will be recharged and you can use the credit for another event

It's the right gift idea

You can gift and automatically send the card with your personal message to whoever you want: they can use it for any of our events, choosing the date they want and at the time of payment they will use the card code.

Buy the card, if you want you can also download the Gift Card in pdf to customize and give to the recipient of the gift, or at the time of purchase indicate the email of the recipient who will receive the code directly by email with your personalized message.

  • How does the Card work?

    It's very simple: you buy the card on the site, choosing the value (60, euros - which you pay only 55,00 euros - or 100 euros which you pay only 85 euros) enter your email or the email of the recipient of the card (if you want to make a gift), and you will receive a reserved voucher code by email. With this code you can book the events you want, on our site, by entering the code in the appropriate "voucher" field. The amount will be deducted from your card. If you cannot participate due to an unforeseen event, the amount will be immediately credited back to your card and you can use it for another event.

  • How does the refund work?

    If you cannot participate due to an unforeseen event, the refund will be made by recharging the card, you will not lose anything (there are no deductibles) and you will be able to use the credit for other events.

  • How do I find out my remaining credit?

  • How do I gift a card?

    The card is a great gift idea because the recipient can choose the live or online events they want to attend. When you buy a card to give as a gift, enter the email address of the person who will receive the gift and check "this is a gift voucher": you can enter a personalized message for the person who will receive your gift.

  • For how many and which events is it valid?

    Grotta di Babbo Natale has been organizing about 50 event days every year for 15 years, in addition to online activities. Some events are already on the site but the updating is continuous
