If you want to spend a peaceful day in contact with nature, don't miss the great summer event scheduled for Saturday 30 July in Domobianca, Alpe Lusentino in Domodossola.


You can live a unique experience for everyone, adults and children: really listen to the sound of the trees, with special sensors, meet the Water Fairy, at the Mirror of the Fairies, a small artificial lake in the shape of a mirror set at the foot of Moncucco, and play with her with giant bubbles and spells.

Waiting for your arrival also Merlin the magician, with his potions and the Sword in the Stone: will you be able to win the challenge?


At 11:30 and 15:00 a great show with falconry displays, to get to know the world of birds of prey up close and participate in activities with the falconers.


An event for everyone, adults and children.


A day designed for families and adults, with ascent and descent with the two chairlifts, optional lunch at the Refuge or with reduced ticket without lunch (possibility of picnics or lunch at the refreshment points near the chairlifts, with a 20% discount voucher ), with a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley, moments of relaxation for parents and games for the little ones.


Play area with alpine themed inflatable, swings, trampoline, climbing wall for children, play area for the little ones. Adventure park (optional activity not included in the price).


If you want, you can also bring your tent and stop for the night (with bathroom and shower) or come by camper and park 100 meters from the mountain pasture.


TIMES OF THE DAY


Lifts open (for chairlifts) from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Entertainment hours from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Falconry exhibition at 11:30 and 15:00 at the artificial lake of Casalavera.

The ticket includes: - return trip of the 2 chairlifts that from Lusentino lead to Alpe Casalavera (where there is Mago Merlino and the refuge for lunch)

- meeting, magic potions and sword in the stone with Mago Merlino at Alpe Casalvera - lunch at the refuge (choice of sausage menu, cheese menu or children's menu) - lunch is only included in the ticket WITH LUNCH.

- meeting with the Water Fairy at the Mirror of the Fairies (the artificial lake of Casalavera which can be reached by descending for 10 minutes on foot from the arrival of the chairlift) with spells and giant bubbles - music of the trees, with special sensors that capture the variations trees, which interact with the environment and people, then transforming them into musical notes (the experience takes place near the pond).

At Alpe Lusentino you will also find free play areas and paths for walking and relaxation and - not included in the price - bicycle rental with mini-track for children and adventure park.

How to get there


By car from Domodossola, in 15 minutes, you can directly reach Alpe Lusentino (Domobianca) where you can park your car and take the chairlift to the Ski bar where our information point is located, the area dedicated to Mago Merlino and the partner restaurant for lunch.

From here in 10 minutes on foot of an easy path you reach the small alpine lake "Mirror of the fairies" where you will meet the Fairy with spells and giant bubbles and the wood with the trees that play.

By car, from Milan, Turin: along the motorway towards Gravellona Toce (A26), continue on the Sempione state road (SS33) towards Sempione (Switzerland), take the second exit Domodossola, at the stop sign, turn right towards the town center; at the roundabout take the 3rd (third) exit, at the next roundabout take the 3rd (third) exit again, go straight to the next roundabout, then turn left at the fourth and last roundabout.


Go up for about 15 minutes and you will find yourself at piazzale alpe Lusentino.

 

 

Domobianca is located less than 140km from the center of Milan and less than 190km from the center of Turin.

If you want to sleep in

tent or camper

At Alpe Lusentino you can bring your tent and stop for the night in the large lawn next to the chairlift. There is a bathroom with shower, barbecue for the evening barbecue. There is also a parking space for campers 100 meters from the mountain pasture, illuminated and with a water fountain (without drainage pit). If you come in a tent or camper, report it on the booking form.
